Acupuncture

Very fine needles placed at specific points. Most people feel little more than a light tap.

Dry needling

A fine needle aimed at a tight knot in a muscle. You may feel a brief twitch, then the area loosens.

Cupping

Gentle suction lifts the skin and tissue underneath. It can leave round marks that fade in a few days.

Gua sha

A smooth-edged tool stroked along the skin over tight muscles to ease stiffness.

Kinesio-taping

Stretchy tape over a muscle or joint. It supports the area between visits, and you can train in it.

E-stim

A mild electrical current through the needles or small pads. It adds a gentle, rhythmic pulse.

I had been dealing with lower back pain for about four months, and acupuncture and light therapy helped me so much. I’m now feeling 100% better! I’m incredibly happy with the results and so grateful for the care I received. I highly recommend it!

Arron is a highly skilled acupuncturist and fire fly red light technician. His use of acupuncture and red light therapy has helped my body heal from a few chronic health issues so much faster and safer than any conventional therapies I’ve tried. Fire fly red light therapy and light frequency healing is quite amazing! I highly recommend Aaron!
